Description
JIANKAI® JK-PCE-WR is polycarboxylate ether based high performance copolymer liquid designed for highest concrete quality. It is mainly suitable for high strength, high performance and high grade concrete, mass concrete, high quality fluidity concrete, etc.
Technical Feature
Application
It’s most effective high range water reducing in the market which the reducing rate can go up to 35-40%. Because of their low chloride and alkali content, no corrosion to steel-bar, high stability & environmental friendly and nontoxic characters, they have been warmly welcomed in high strength concrete for railway, haven, traffic, bridge and electric power., it have good feedback from worldwide customers. It is excellent superplasticizer in premix of construction and cast-in-place concrete.

Dosage
Add in proportion and mix thoroughly. Recommended dosage is 0.2-0.8% based on binder weight. The detailed dosage should be determined by test in advance according to local raw materials and construction regulation.
Usage Cautions
Package
For liquid: 1100kg IBC tank and flexible tank.
Storage Conditions
Store and transport goods under cool and dry conditions. It should be stored in a dedicated warehouse that is well-ventilated and dry and keep away from moisture. Take antifreeze measures in very low temperature.
Shelf Life
Well-packaged product has a shelf life of 12 months since production.
If the product exceeds the expiration date, it must be verified through testing before use.
