PCE-WR Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer PCE Liquid Water Reducer Concrete Admixture

JIANKAI® JK-PCE-WR is a high performance based on polycarboxylate, has high water reducing rate, it is mianly applied to high strength, high performance and high grade concrete, mass concrete and high quality fluid concrete, etc. It is a neutral concentrate grade, it is mainly used as a raw material to produce different types of high performance water reducers for targeted industrial. It complies with ASTM C 494, Type F specifications.

Description

JIANKAI® JK-PCE-WR is polycarboxylate ether based high performance copolymer liquid designed for highest concrete quality. It is mainly suitable for high strength, high performance and high grade concrete, mass concrete, high quality fluidity concrete, etc.

Technical Feature

1. High water reducing rate with low dosage. The water reducing rate can reach 25%-40% with recommended dosage. 
2. Good adaptability. It adapts well with many kinds of concrete, especially suitable for formulating high strength, high flowing and high performance concrete. 
3. High applicability. It’s suitable for formulating concrete with variety of performance requiremetns, especially C20-C100 high performance concrete. 
4. High durability. It can effectively reduce the W/C ratio, with lower loss of slump, effectively prolong working time. Enhance early and final concrete strength, improve durability and lower concrete shrinkage and creep.  
5. Green admixtures. The production does not pollute the environment, it is one green and environmental-friendly product.
6. Greatly improve early and 28 days strength of concrete.

Application

It’s most effective high range water reducing in the market which the reducing rate can go up to 35-40%. Because of their low chloride and alkali content, no corrosion to steel-bar, high stability & environmental friendly and nontoxic characters, they have been warmly welcomed in high strength concrete for railway, haven, traffic, bridge and electric power., it have good feedback from worldwide customers. It is excellent superplasticizer in premix of construction and cast-in-place concrete.

Dosage

Add in proportion and mix thoroughly. Recommended dosage is 0.2-0.8% based on binder weight. The detailed dosage should be determined by test in advance according to local raw materials and construction regulation.

Usage Cautions

When mixing and measuring the slump loss, be aware that it takes longer time to be in effect than naphthalene admixtures. 
Do not mix with naphthalene-based admixtures. If other admixtures, such as set retarder or corrosion-inhibiting admixture, are required simultaneously for some special projects, compatibility tests should be conducted beforehand.

Storage Conditions

Store and transport goods under cool and dry conditions. It should be stored in a dedicated warehouse that is well-ventilated and dry and keep away from moisture. Take antifreeze measures in very low temperature.

Shelf Life

Well-packaged product has a shelf life of 12 months since production.
If the product exceeds the expiration date, it must be verified through testing before use.
