Description

Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer PCE Polycaroxylic Ether powder has outstanding slump retention and good adaptability to different types of cements-based or gypsum-based mortar, it is especially for summer high temperature construction conditions and long-distance concrete transport project.

● Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer PCE Powder for Slump Retention Type can keep good performance in high temperature for a long time, especially for construction in high temperature in summer, its slump retaining performance is significantly better than SR Slump Retention type, the slump retention time can be increased by 20%-50%. 
● Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer PCE Powder for Slump Retention Type can be used for long time transportation, poor slump retention caused by high temperature, and other construction requirements and construction areas.
● Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer PCE Powder for Slump Retention Type has good adaptability. It adapts well with many kinds of concrete, especially suitable for formulating high strength, high flowing and high performance concrete. 
● Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer PCE Powder for Slump Retention Type as the product has low water reducing rate at initial time, so normally it is advised to formulate with our WR-Water Reducing type or other functional admixtures.

Dosage

Dry mixed homogeneously with other ingredients of dry mortar and packaged as one product, which can be at job site mixed with recommended dosage of water for application. Recommended dosage is 0.01-0.30% based on binder weight. The detailed dosage should be determined by test in advance according to local raw materials and construction regulation.

Usage Cautions

Do not mix with naphthalene-based admixtures. If other admixtures, such as set retarder or corrosion-inhibiting admixture, are required simultaneously for some special projects, compatibility tests should be conducted beforehand.

Package, Storage & Shelf Life

It is packed in 25kg plastic and paper compound bag.

Keep container closed when it is not in use, store in dry, cool and shaded place.

Shelf Life: Minimum 12 months when unopened. After the expiration date, it can be used if testing results is qualified.
