Description

Polymeric Dispersant MF for Texile Dyeing Pigment is dark brown powder, an anion surface active agent. Easily soluble in water, acid, alkali and hard water. It has great effect, high tinting strength, strong dispersing force, good thermal stability and so on.

Dispersant MF has the advantages of good grinding efficiency, good dispersibility, heat resistance, and high temperature dispersion stability. Higher temperature resistance and stability than dispersant N. The dispersing agent MF can make the dye bright in color, increase in color strength, and even in coloring. 

Preparation: Using 235-250℃ boiling fraction of coal tar (containing 2-methylnaphthalene as the main component) as raw material, sulfonated to obtain methylnaphthalenesulfonic acid, and then condensed with formaldehyde.

Application

Dispersant MF can also be compounded with various dispersants to meet the commercial requirements of various disperse dyes and vat dyes; it can also be used as an early strength water-reducing agent for concrete; it can be used as a dispersant and vat dye when grinding Dispersant for vat dye suspension dyeing; and stabilizer for latex in rubber industry, tanning aid for leather industry.

Ø Textile Dye & Pigment Industry: Dispersant MF is mainly used as a dispersant and filler for vat dyes and disperse dyes. It is mainly used as a processing agent and dispersant for grinding of disperse dyes and vat dyes. Its performance is better than that of dispersant N. 

Dispersant MF is used for reduction, and the disperse dye is used as a grinding dispersant and a filler during standardization, and can also be used as a diffusing agent during the manufacture of Sedian.

Dispersant MF is mainly used in the printing and dyeing industry for pad dyeing of vat dye suspensions, dyeing and dispersion by stable color acid method, and dyeing of soluble vat dyes.

Ø Rubber Industry: Dispersant MF is used as a tanning aid in the leather industry, and as a stabilizer for latex in the rubber industry.

Ø Construction Industry: Dispersant MF can be dissolved in concrete as a strong water-reducing agent, which can shorten the construction period, save cement, save water and increase the strength of cement.

Ø Agrochemical  Industry: Dispersant MF can be used in the formulation of Wettable Powders(WP) and Water-dispersible Granules(WDG) for pesticides and herbicides. It helps to uniformly disperse the active ingredients in the spray tank and ensures even coverage on plant surfaces.
