• Stability: acid and alkali resistance, but not mercerizing alkali bath, hard water resistance, adding a small amount of salt can greatly increase the penetration, in the case of aluminum, iron, zinc, lead and other salts precipitate.

Applications

Penetrant BX As an penetrant and wetting agent, this product has excellent penetration, wetting, emulsification, diffusion and foaming properties. In acid, alkali, hard water, inorganic salt resistance, adding a small amount of salt can greatly increase the penetration. It can be used in various processes of textile printing and dyeing industry, such as enzyme desizing, wool carbonization, shrinkage, chlorination, rayon silk processing. It can also be used as a wetting agent in papermaking and color lake industry, adding 10% penetrant BX solution to organic pigments is conducive to color paste modulation. Used as emulsifier in the preparation of rubber pulp. It is also widely used in various processes of textile printing and dyeing industry, mainly used as penetrant and wetting agent, and can also be used as detergent, dyeing aid, dispersant, insecticide and herbicide.
