JIANKAI® JK-PCE-SR Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer PCE Liquid for Slump Retention Type is a superplasticizer developed to meet the requirements of different concrete slump retention time. Through the optimized design of molecular structure, it has excellent slump retention and extremely high water reduction rate, which greatly improves the plasticity index of fresh concrete and improves its pumping and workability. Description

JK-PCE-SR is polyether based high performance copolymer liquid designed for highest concrete quality. It has very good slump retention and adaptability to different cement and materials, especially for summer high temperature construction conditions and long-distance concrete transport project.

Technical Feature

Keep good performance in high temperature for a long time, especially for construction in high temperature in summer, slump retention performance is good. 
It can be used for long time transportation, poor slump retention caused by high temperature, and other construction requirements and construction areas.
Good adaptability. It adapts well with many kinds of concrete, especially suitable for formulating high strength, high flowing and high performance concrete. 
As the product has low water reducing rate at initial time, so normally it is advised to formulate with our JK-PCE-WR or other functional admixtures. 
Greatly improve early and 28 days strength of concrete. 
Save cost. More slag or fly ash can be used instead of cement to reduce costs.

For the preparation of various levels of pumping concrete, long-distance transport of commercial concrete. Suitable for high-strength concrete, fluidized concrete, self-compacting, mass concrete, high performance concrete,concrete structure of under water.

Dosage

Add in proportion and mix thoroughly. Recommended dosage is 0.2-0.8% based on binder weight. The detailed dosage should be determined by test in advance according to local raw materials and construction regulation.

Usage Cautions

Mud content of sand and stone and quality variety of admixtures has great effect on slump retention. So standard aggregate and admixtures are recommended. 
After mix the product with water, then add into the mixed materials. The dosage is based on the cementitious materials weight, according to the concrete design, please adjust the water consumption or sand rate to meet users’ requirements. 
When mixing and measuring the slump loss, be aware that it takes longer time to be in effect than naphthalene admixtures. 
Do not mix with naphthalene-based admixtures. If other admixtures, such as set retarder or corrosion-inhibiting admixture, are required simultaneously for some special projects, compatibility tests should be conducted beforehand.

For liquid: 1100kg IBC tank and flexible tank.

Storage Conditions

Store and transport goods under cool and dry conditions. It should be stored in a dedicated warehouse that is well-ventilated and dry and keep away from moisture. Take antifreeze measures in very low temperature.

Shelf Life

Well-packaged product has a shelf life of 12 months since production. 
If the product exceeds the expiration date, it must be verified through testing before use.
