Polyaluminium Chloride(PAC)

Dispersing Agent MF is the formaldehyde condensation products of methyl naphthalene sulfonic acid sodium, Polyaluminium Chloride(PAC) is part of inorganic chemical substance that widely used in water treatment application. Its other name is Polyaluminium chlorohydrate or Polyaluminium hydroxychloride that usually is abbreviated to PAC. It is stable in standard condition and yellow solid powder. It is solute in water or polar solution. It is also a group of aluminium salt. while being mainly used in disperse dyes, reducing dye grinding, performance is better than dispersant N.

Advantages

• Its purifying effect on low-temperature, low-turbidity and heavily organic-polluted raw water is much better than other organic flocculants, furthermore, the treatment cost is lowered by 20%-80%.

• It can lead to quick formation of flocculants (especially at low temperature) with big size and rapid precipitation service life of cellular filter of sedimentation basin.

• It can adapt to a wide range of PH value (5-9), and can reduce the PH value and basicity after processing.

• The dosage is smaller than that of other flocculants. It has wide adaptability to the waters at different temperatures and different regions.

• High basicity, lower corrosion, easy for operation and long-term use of non-occlusion.

Method of use

Solid products should be dissolved and diluted before input. The best input volume can be confirmed by testing and preparing agent concentration based on different water qualities.

• Solid product: 2-20%

• Solid product input volume: 1-15g/t

Exact input volume should be subject to flocculation tests and experiments.

Applications

Domestic water, urban sewage treatment; all kinds of industrial wastewater treatment; paper sizing, catalyst carrier, pharmaceutical refining, cement quick setting, cosmetic raw materials.

Storage Conditions

Store the goods in a dedicated warehouse that is well-ventilated and dry and keep away from moisture. Residual product must be sealed and stored to prevent moisture.

Shelf Life

Well-packaged product has a shelf life of 12 months since production. If exceeds the expiration date, it must be verified through testing before use.
