Description
Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer PCE Liquid for High Slump Retention Water Reducing type can greatly improve the plasticity index of newly mixed concrete, thereby improving the pumpability and constructability of concrete, and also significantly improve the strength growth of hardened concrete. Through the technological improvement of release point and release period, the concrete has excellent slump retention and significantly inhibits the slump loss of concrete.
Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer PCE Liquid for High Slump Retention Water Reducing type has a wide range of adaptability, strong adaptability to various raw materials of concrete, and can improve the sensitivity of the content brought by the mud content of sand and aggregate, and meet the needs of various concrete slump preservation under the conditions of medium and low slump, long-term transportation of high-flow concrete and high temperature construction.

Dosage
Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer PCE liquid high slump retention can be measured and added to the concrete along with the water directly; it can also be diluted to a lower solid content, and then add to the concrete in corresponding dosage. The recommended dosage is 0.4-1.0% of the cementitious material. The exact dosage should be determined after trial mixing, based on concrete design requirements and actual raw material conditions.
Usage Cautions
Package, Storage & Shelf Life
It is packed in 1100kg IBC tank, 220kg drum and flexitank.
Keep container closed when it is not in use, store in dry, cool and shaded place.
Shelf Life: Minimum 12 months when unopened. After the expiration date, it can be used if testing results is qualified.
