In concretes, addition of SMF in an appropriate mix design results in lower porosity, higher mechanical strength, and an improved resistance to aggressive environments.

Dispersion of the cement causes a reduction in the plastic viscosity of the cement paste which results in improved workability and decrease the water cement ratio.

In addition, it is also widely used in the construction of self-leveling floors, non-metallic wear-resistant floors, waterproof mortars, repair mortars, etc. Refractory materials. In the production process of refractory materials, melamine based superplasticizer can significantly improve the compressive and flexural strength of the material, reduce moisture porosity, increase density, and extend the service life of refractory materials. Mortar and coating. SMF powder can be used to produce high-strength mortar, repair mortar, etc., and as a brightener to produce colored floor tiles and prefabricated components.
